The Approach: This transit-oriented development serves as a model for public-private partnerships, utilizing innovative lot sizes to support attainable for-sale housing.


The Impact: Innovan dedicated over two years to community engagement for this project, which reserves 40% of its units for families at 80% Area Median Income (AMI). The goal is to create permanent pathways for families to build wealth in a growing part of the city.

The Project: Infill development focused on creating for-sale affordable housing within the historic Bottom Neighborhood.


The Approach: In partnership with the Golden SEEDS Foundation, Innovan is delivering new construction homeownership opportunities specifically for families at 80% AMI.
